Frances Jean Jarvis, age 64 of Manchester, Kentucky departed this life on Monday, November 30, 2021 in Manchester, Kentucky. She was born on November 1, 1957 Manchester, Kentucky to the union of Homer and Florence Napier Mills.

She leaves to mourn her passing two children, Bryan Hall and wife Sharon, and Jennifer Muncy and husband Matt, 9 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild, One sister Janice Wagers and one brother David Mills and her caregiver Charlotte Bowling.

She was preceded in death by her husband Vernon Jarvis, one son Phillip Hall and one brother Ben Mills.
